We appreciate this can be a confusing process. The legal process all OT-Driving Assessors are required to take, are not always completed as quickly as some would like. We at Melbourne Occupational Therapy Services do all we can to manage this process quickly for you, while keeping you informed. We can often book you in promptly for an assessment. However we are required by law to seek ‘clearance’ from VicRoads prior to assessing you On-Road. Clearance from VicRoads can take 2 – 4 weeks.
