What we do
- We assess you within your home and social environment. We look at your abilities and any medical, age-related or functional issues you may have. We will help you identify what you need and want to be able to do.
- We identify what barriers may be stopping you achieving your goals. We partner-up with you to develop a plan and set goals.
- We then work together on helping you overcome the barriers, so you move towards goal achievement.

Your funding options.
Home Care Package (HCP) – Level 3 or Level 4
Our allied health services can be paid through an HCP. So, if you or a loved one has a HCP level 3 or level 4 – or you are a case manager looking for an allied health services provider – we can help. We partner HCP providers and successfully support older Australians to remain at home safely and for longer.
