The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity is currently available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our fabulous little team.

With the opportunity to work from home or the office and full or part-time hours, you will travel to meet with NDIS participants within a 40 min driving-radius of our base.


About us


Melbourne Occupational Therapy Services Pty Ltd specialise in providing home-based OT services for adult NDIS participants who have physical disabilities.

  • Requirements



  • Experience working with adults with physical disabilities and challenges
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Current valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Empathetic mindset
  • Proficient with technology



  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience working within the NDIS system
  • Experience in major home modifications
  • Experience in MAT assessments and wheelchair prescription
  • Postgraduate qualifications as an Occupational Therapy Driving Assessor
  • Experience with Assistive Technology/Equipment prescription
  • Responsibilities


    • Travel to clients homes for assessments and therapy sessions
    • Regularly research equipment
    • Accurate photos and drawings to facilitate home modifications
    • Attain quotes from suppliers and contractors
    • Complete detailed and accurate NDIS applications and reports
    • Manage/maintain your booking diary
    • Accurate and confidential record keeping
    • Meet KPIs
    • Communication with your clients and team
    • Exceptional communication skills
